December 23 and 27: Legal arguments submitted concerning essential services to be maintained in event of strike
January 8, 9, and 10: Reconciliation concerning essential services, at the Tribunal’s request, with employers from the four university health centres
January 15: Judgment reserved by the Tribunal with respect to an upcoming ruling on the level of essential services in event of strike
NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE, BUT WE'RE STILL FAR FROM AN AGREEMENT
January 15: Impasse at the negotiating table
January 23 and February 3: Continuation of “exploratory discussions” between the parties on less contentious aspects
