What you are entitled to:

*For a total of 12 hours maximum per year per insurance contract (including dependents), here is the range of services available to you:

- Locating resources for seniors / 3 hrs
- Help for parents / 3 hrs
- Legal assistance or financial advice / 1 h
- Crisis intervention / unlimited
Ex. : Your child uses the services of a nutritionist for 3 hours, you use psychological assistance services for 8 hours and your spouse uses the services of a legal advisor for 1 hour. Thus, you have used the maximum hours offered by the PAE.
