“Psychological safety is the perception that taking interpersonal risks will not entail consequences for themselves or for their status in an organization”. This is how Dr Thibault-Lemyre, pediatrician, clinician investigator, and assistant clinical professor, defines psychological safety. This is, among other things, what he explained during the conference he presented on the occasion of Resident Doctors’ Day on May 3, 2024.
