For certain steps, there’s a specific timeframe, beyond which the complaint can’t be considered. So it’s important to get in touch with the FMRQ as early as possible so you can be helped through the process. Particularly since the longer you wait, the more remote the facts will be in your memory.
Formal approach means:
➔ Complaint to the Faculty or University
➔ Filing of a grievance with the establishment where the individual targeted by the allegations works
➔ Complaint to the Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner of the establishment where the individual targeted by the allegations works
➔ Complaint to the Collège des médecins du Québec
