The fact remains that the behaviour of a person in your workplace seems to have a negative impact on you. Don’t hesitate to talk about your discomfort with the person making you feel bad. Talking to each other can help improve the work climate, and will be beneficial for everybody. In some cases, this first step is all it takes to stop the inappropriate behaviour, and no further action is required.
But if the inappropriate behaviour continues, the fact that you’ve mentioned your discomfort to the person concerned will mean they or the establishment can’t claim they didn’t know it bothered you.
