Free Subscription to the Headspace Meditation App Extended Through March 2025

Given your enthusiasm for Headspace, the FMRQ has renewed its agreement with the meditation app. So, until March 31, 2025, access for free to hundreds of programs for daily life, tools to help you sleep, music, and tips to take care of your health on a day-to-day basis. Ten minutes per day makes a difference, it has been proven scientifically.
