* That demonstration of interest is not binding. An application for sponsorship of a restrictive permit candidate has been made at this hospital. Under an agreement with the Ministry, the position must be offered to a physician trained in Quebec before it can be offered to a physician trained abroad. If we do not hear back from residents, the position will be awarded to a physician practising under a restrictive permit.
